Everything Realtors ask before they start
Grouped into getting started, and how referrals, terms and billing actually work once you are running.
The short version
Qualified by a person
An inside sales agent speaks to every prospect and confirms intent and timing before it becomes a referral.
Only your markets
Campaigns run against the ZIP codes on your account. There is no national list being resold behind the scenes.
Written terms
Fees, exclusivity and replacement conditions are agreed in writing before your first referral arrives.
Joining the network
01Who is eligible to join?
Licensed agents, brokers and teams working in the United States. Licence details are verified during onboarding before any referral is routed to you.
02How do I choose my service areas?
You send the ZIP codes and neighbourhoods you actively work. We check which of them are open, and campaigns only run against the areas on your account.
03What if my market is already taken?
Some areas are claimed by an existing partner. We tell you which of your ZIP codes are open before you commit, and we will say plainly if none of them are.
04How long does onboarding take?
An availability check, a short call to set the programme and areas, then the written terms. Campaigns open once those terms are agreed.
05Can I start with one market and add more later?
Yes. The Starter programme covers a single service area, and areas can be added as your pipeline grows. Availability is rechecked each time you add one.
06Do I need to change how I already work?
No. Referrals arrive as a live transfer or as an appointment in your calendar. What happens after that is your process, in your CRM.
Referrals, terms and billing
01What counts as a qualified referral?
A buyer or seller our ISA team has spoken to, whose intent to transact and timeline have been confirmed on the call, and whose location falls inside one of your service areas.
02Are referrals exclusive to me?
A referral goes to one agent. Exclusivity over a whole service area is available in some markets and not in others, and we confirm which applies to yours before you commit.
03Live transfer or scheduled appointment?
Both, depending on your programme and the prospect. A live transfer connects you while the ISA still has them on the line; an appointment is booked into your calendar instead.
04What if a referral turns out to be invalid?
Report it inside the window set out in your programme terms and it is reviewed for replacement. The conditions are written down before you start rather than decided afterwards.
05How are referral fees handled?
Fees are set out in the written programme terms agreed at onboarding, alongside the replacement conditions. Nothing about the commercial arrangement is left verbal.
06Can I pause or change my programme?
Programmes are bought as packages rather than long contracts, so you can scale territories up or down. Talk to your account contact before a pause so campaigns are wound down cleanly.
07Do you handle buyers and sellers differently?
The qualification standard is the same for both. What differs is what the ISA confirms: budget and search area for a buyer, property and timeline for a seller.
08Is Lead Axis a brokerage?
No. Lead Axis provides lead generation and referral services only, and does not provide brokerage services, legal advice or financial advice. You remain the licensed professional on the transaction.
