These terms govern the Lead Axis website and every referral programme sold through it. Using the site, buying a plan, or accepting a referral means you agree to them.

About Lead Axis

Lead Axis provides real estate lead generation, inside sales qualification and referral delivery to licensed professionals in the United States. Lead Axis is not a real estate brokerage. We do not list, sell or show property, and we do not give legal, tax or financial advice. You remain the licensed professional on every transaction.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. By using the service you confirm that:

• The information you give us is accurate and complete
• You hold a current, valid real estate licence in each state where you accept referrals
• You are using the service for lawful business purposes

We verify licensing at onboarding and may re-verify at any time. A programme can be declined or ended where licensing cannot be confirmed.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private, for restricting access to your account, and for everything done through it. Tell us straight away if you think it has been compromised. Accounts holding inaccurate or misleading information may be suspended.

What a programme includes

Programmes differ by plan, and what yours includes is set out on the pricing page and in the written programme terms you accept at onboarding. Across all plans we:

1. Run campaigns against the service areas on your account
2. Call the prospects those campaigns raise and confirm intent, timing and location
3. Route the ones that meet the standard to the single agent whose area they fall in
4. Deliver them as a live transfer or as a booked appointment, depending on your plan

Where these terms and your written programme terms differ, the programme terms take precedence on commercial matters.

Payments and billing

• Programme fees are payable in advance for the term shown at checkout
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes
• Submitting payment details authorises us to charge for the plan you selected
• Plans renew automatically unless cancelled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy
• Referral fees, where your plan carries one, are payable on the terms in your programme agreement
• We may change pricing on notice, effective from your next term

Refunds and cancellation

Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy. In summary: annual plans can be refunded within 180 days against the unused part of the term, setup and onboarding charges are not refundable, and a referral that misses the qualification standard is replaced rather than refunded.

What you agree to do

• Work the referrals you accept, and follow up promptly and professionally
• Keep your service areas, contact details and delivery preferences current
• Comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, CAN-SPAM, and state law on contacting consumers
• Comply with the Fair Housing Act and equal opportunity requirements in everything you do with a referral
• Not resell, share or redistribute a referral to another agent or to any third party

No guarantee of results

Referral volume, quality and conversion vary by market, plan, season and individual follow-up. We do not guarantee a number of referrals, appointments, transactions, closings or any level of income. Conversion figures shown on this site describe historical programme averages and are not a promise of your result. Any commitment that does apply to you is the one written into your programme agreement.

Prohibited use

You must not use this site or the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it by automated means without permission, copy or reverse engineer any part of it, or use our systems to send unsolicited communications. Breach may end your programme and may be pursued further.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, design and software of this site belong to Lead Axis or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Third-party trademarks shown on this site remain the property of their owners, and their appearance does not imply any endorsement, affiliation or partnership. You keep ownership of material you supply, and grant us a limited licence to use it solely to deliver your programme.

Confidentiality

We treat your account information and the contents of your programme as confidential, and disclose them only where the law requires or to providers helping us deliver the service under equivalent obligations. Referral contact details are confidential to you and must not be passed on.

Data protection

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. When you accept a referral you become responsible for how you contact and record that person, and for meeting the consumer protection and fair housing rules that apply to you.

Service provided as is

The website and the service are provided as is and as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, compatibility with every third-party system, or any specific commercial outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Lead Axis is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss, including lost profit or lost business. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid us for the programme in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Lead Axis and its people against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your breach of any law or third-party right in your handling of a referral.

Third-party links

This site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, security or policies.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end a programme where these terms are breached, where payment is overdue, where licensing lapses, or where fraudulent or abusive activity is detected. Amounts outstanding fall due immediately on termination.

Fair housing

Lead Axis supports the Fair Housing Act and equal opportunity in housing. Referrals are never targeted, filtered or withheld on the basis of race, colour, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Any agent found doing so will have their programme ended.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The revised version is published here with a new date, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
