How agents turn referrals into long-term clients

The first call sets the relationship. When a referral arrives with context already attached, that call can start with the property and the timeline instead of basic qualification.

Keep notes on what the prospect actually said they wanted. Motivation, timeline and constraints change over months, and an agent who remembers the original conversation stands out from one who starts fresh each time.

Most repeat business comes from people who felt understood rather than processed. That begins with the quality of the handover.
